Coach Amber (AJ) Johnson, also known as Mitt Mami, is a Certified USA Boxing Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. ​

Coach AJ caters to all fitness levels - from beginners to seasoned athletes.

THE WORKOUT

OVERVIEW

Your personal training sessions will feature a dynamic mix of boxing, cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training circuits.

 

Under the guidance of a Certified USA Boxing Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, you will experience a comprehensive workout designed to enhance your fitness and athletic performance.

Expect to burn 600 – 1,000 calories per session

BOXING

Get ready to unleash your strength and confidence with our personalized boxing workouts!

 

Here is what you can expect: 

Warm-Up: Start with dynamic stretching, boxing basics, and cardiovascular endurance exercises to get your heart pumping.

Skill Development: Showcase your boxing skills with intense heavy bag and mitt work, designed to improve your technique, speed and power.

Core Burn-Out: Finish your workout strong by targeting your abdominal muscles with exercises aimed at improving core stabilization and core strength.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The NASM OPT (Optimum Performance Training) model, developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a scientifically based and systematic training program.

 

Grounded in proven principles, the OPT model guides clients through progressive stages to improve flexibility, stability, strength, power, and overall athletic performance.

 

This structured approach is ideal for a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced athletes, ensuring they achieve optimal results safely and efficiently.
